Moving from Forbes ProTax, SA2000 or Andica

Forbes ProTax, SA2000 and Andica are long-standing tax and accounts packages. Any of them that gives you a trial balance for each client, as a CSV or Excel file, is enough to move that client to Accountin.

  1. Export each client's trial balance

    At the last year end, with account codes and names, as CSV or Excel.

  2. Export client details

    Company numbers, UTRs, VAT numbers and year ends, from a client list or report.

  3. We set the clients up

    Opening balances, last year's figures as comparatives, and your account codes mapped once.

Tax returns

Accountin handles VAT returns, income tax quarterly updates and the final declaration under Making Tax Digital, and the corporation tax return with the accounts attached.
